walking 26.2 miles for a good cause

As I was walking my schnauzer this morning, I had a moment of inspiration. I am preparing to walk my second marathon and will be doing so to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I will be walking 26.2 miles. I began thinking about how many dollars per mile I could raise. 200 struck a chord in me and then, I realized that my goal was clear:

If I can convince 200 people to pledge $1 per mile ($26.20)
I could raise $5,240 for cancer research! Please consider making a donation of $26.20 or really in any amount.
