yesterday, i decided to eat a healthy dinner. so...i went to noodles & company for the new whole wheat fettucini dish. when i got home, i looked the nutritional information online. 28 grams of fat!!! 650 calories!good thing i went to the gym afterward, eh?
i was better off the day before when i had an arby's regular roast beef plain.
(15 grams of fat and 369 calories... and it tasted a WHOLE lot better)
the pasta at noodles was luke warm, the sauce barely registered on my taste buds, and as usual, they seemed afraid to actually put vegetables on the plate. (three pieces of broccoli... why skimp on the vegies???)
this morning, i made my new favourite breakfast:
1c blueberries sweetened with splenda and warmed
then mixed with 1/2c grape nuts
